Synopsis
Une jeune femme est violée et tuée, incitant son frère Kevin à prendre la tête d'un groupe d'auto-défense destiné à punir les coupables d'infractions. Son comportement commence à changer, à mesure que la confrontation avec les assassins de sa sœur approche.
